The Ravers POV team value every single raver in our community and all our customers. To keep it real with you, we want to make it clear that our products come from a variety of suppliers and some products are created on a print-on-demand basis. This means our refund/return policy will vary dependant on the product.

Print-on-demand products (Clothing, Mugs, Posters etc.)

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are NOT supported if you order the wrong size, colour, or change your mind. However, in the event of a damaged product or product defect, we will give you a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via email at ravers.pov@gmail.com and include a clear photo showing the issue.

Other products

As our products are sourced from multiple suppliers, so we can offer you the best quality items, refunds & returns can vary. Please contact us via email at ravers.pov@gmail.com within 14 days of product delivery if you wish to return, exchange or get a refund for your purchase and we will advise and/or arrange this for you.
